WALI has begun processing SAWP Mexico direct arrival LMIAs for the 2024 season. Employers will be sent an email when an LMIA has been uploaded and is ready for employer input and review. When adding names of workers to the 2024 LMIA, please note that WALI needs to keep 2023 worker statuses active until the end of the season before they can be updated to the 2024 statuses. The Ministry of Labour in Mexico (STPS) will begin processing requests for 2024 in September.
