This program is for water deficient areas in the province to improve water security and food security in the province. There are three streams:
- Improving building on farm water storage systems
- Improvement, expansion, or new construction of off-farm conveyance and water supply systems to farms
- Agriculture water supply assessments, engineering studies or plans
