Highpointe Place

This landscape transformation in Kelowna’s Highpointe Development was designed to blend seamlessly with the existing property, making it feel like part of the original build. The design maximized stunning city and mountain views while incorporating natural features like rock waterfalls, mature trees, and flagstone surfaces. New materials were carefully selected to enhance the space while reducing maintenance, and smart home-compatible features were introduced for added convenience. Challenges included limited site access due to existing elevations and working around the large natural rock waterfall. As part of a bare land strata, the project also required approval from governing bodies.

The final result expanded shaded gathering areas, upgraded the vanishing-edge pool with new tile and coping for safety and aesthetics, and improved fencing for durability and compliance with building codes. Heating, misting, and fire features were added to extend outdoor enjoyment year-round.
