Tsawwassen Mills

The project focused on revitalizing and improving the overall health and appearance of the property through a carefully planned, phased approach. To manage the scale of the site, the mall was divided into five sections, allowing the team to work efficiently while maintaining day-to-day operations. A gradual improvement plan integrated into regular maintenance was selected, supporting steady progress over time.

Over the course of more than a year, lawn areas, garden beds, and plantings were systematically enhanced. Soil improvements and targeted planting remediation strengthened long-term growing conditions, while the application of bark mulch improved aesthetics, moisture retention, and weed suppression. Through this ongoing process, the landscape evolved into a healthier, more attractive, and sustainable environment.
