Since 2022, the property has been maintained focusing on defined hedge heights, strategic pruning for privacy and sightlines, regular tree monitoring, and advanced turf care including aeration, dethatching, customized organic fertilization, and eco-friendly weed and pest management. Site challenges such as irrigation upgrades, neighbouring weed pressure, and shaded boulevard conditions were addressed through adaptive solutions including resilient bee turf and replanting to meet City of North Vancouver bylaw requirements.
