Since 2006, the property has been maintained with a proactive, environmentally responsible approach to softscape and hardscape care. Services include turf and garden maintenance, irrigation and arboriculture guidance, plant health management, and ongoing landscape enhancements supporting the Strata’s long-term goals.

Turf care extends beyond mowing to include aeration, dethatching, customized organic fertilization, and eco-friendly weed and pest management. Planted beds and hardscapes are maintained through regular mulching, hand weeding, and sound pruning practices, while shaded turf areas were converted to planted beds. Consistent maintenance suited to Hardiness Zone 8 ensures the landscape remains healthy, vibrant, and welcoming year-round.
