The Camosun Horticulture Technician Certificate is a 10 month, hands on training program that builds foundational skills in botany, plant ID, greenhouse management, nursery production, and landscape maintenance. Graduates enter the workforce with job ready competencies aligned with BC’s nursery, landscape, greenhouse, parks, and golf course sectors—core industries represented within BCLNA’s membership. For BCLNA, this program strengthens the talent pipeline by producing entry level horticulture professionals who are prepared for apprenticeship pathways and future roles across member businesses.
