2023 SAWP Contracts for Jamaica and Mexico can be Found on the WALI or Service Canada Websites

In addition to the contracts, employers and works must sign an Employment Agreement to meet the new regulations that came into effect last September. Sample agreements developed by Service Canada can be found on the WALI website for employers to use. Employers hiring workers from Mexico through SAWP should also refer to the 2023 Guidelines prepared by the Consulate of Mexico.
